The overflow menu also called the system tray or “show hidden icons” in Windows 11, hides icons that do not require immediate attention. The overflow menu is represented as an arrow pointing upward.
The arrow points up means in Windows 11 that the user can click on it to display the underlying icons. For example, suppose you are someone who likes to keep an overview and wants to disable the system tray. In that case, you will have to set all the underlying icons to always be displayed.
Displaying each individual icon in the overflow menu disables the system tray in Windows 11. I have added two images to clarify what you will be modifying.
